Since 2006, Dr. Exposé has been a strong asset working for various organizations across the nation. He is highly valued and respected by administrative and physician executive leaders because of his expertise in organizational behavior and leadership development. Due to his nearly two decade-long accomplished track record of working with senior executives, many seasoned I/O professionals have ranked him in the top 10 percent of the I/O psychology field. Demonstrating a servant heart and true desire to help others, the one word used often to describe Dr. Exposé is dynamic. His gentle and transparent voice is valued in any discussion that is focused on improving the work environment for all. As a psychologist, his expertise in human performance in the workplace is nurtured by a career that expands nearly two decades. In his narratives on human performance, there is a compelling viewpoint that is steeped in the philosophies of Sigmund Freud and Carl Rogers. Dr. Exposé’s formal educational training includes a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology & Sociology, a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Mediation Certification from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He also achieved his Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. He is a graduate from the Physician Coaching and NeuroLeadership Institutes where he received certifications in Physician Development and Brain-Based Coaching. He obtained his Professional Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
